That's 'cause droids don't pull people's arms out of their sockets when they lose.

Chewie is the best character in those movies.

He definitely had some of the best dialog.

PietroCrespi 10-18-2006 04:48 PM

I'm gonna have to go with the Ewoks on dialogue.

I am hardcore GASing for one of those. They are cheep and they get AMAZING reviews. Apparently they are a really good value and they look hot. Too bad you can't order them and can only get them off of ebay usually.

PietroCrespi 10-18-2006 04:50 PM

They look nice, but I'd prefer a darker natural.

Aerodyne 10-18-2006 04:50 PM

I was going to get one of their Jazzes, but decided against it, though I can't remember why. It's not like you're bidding for them on eBay, they just conduct their sales through them. Unless you wanted a custom or something.

I know, but as far as I can find out the only ones that are available to buy are the ones on ebay, and there are no five string ones on there right now. I might give them a call sometime to see if they sell anything else. They look great and I wouldn't mind having a five string again.

Yeah, I just checked out the eBay store, there are far fewer basses there than last time I checked them out. They look like pretty solid instruments, but you can't find anybody who owns one to give a review.

Spaceman Spiff 10-18-2006 05:07 PM

I <3 this song so much.

The Biggest Lie - Elliott Smith

I'm waiting for the train
Subway that only goes one way
The stupid thing it'll come pull us apart
Make everybody late

You spent everything you had
Wanted everything to stop that bad
Now I'm a crushed credit card registered to Smith
Not the name that you call me with

You turned white like a saint
I'm tired of dancing on a pot of gold flaked paint
Oh we're so very precious you and I
And everything that you do makes me want to die

I just told the biggest lie

TB has a bunch of owners who all give them great reviews. The worst that I have heard said about them was that the bass wasn't for someone. But I am off, band practice in half an hour.

HELLonWHEELS 10-18-2006 06:44 PM

One Groovin Clown 10-18-2006 07:06 PM

My internet on my phone doesn't work, so i'm stuck with the default ring tones.

Spaceman Spiff 10-18-2006 07:08 PM

I don't even have a cell phone. I just don't like them.

One Groovin Clown 10-18-2006 07:10 PM

I find them kinda handy, luckily my parents being the paranoid people they are, bought me it and are paying for everything.

Left Shoe 10-18-2006 07:22 PM
Who made the rules? Whoever invented the whole damn number system and mathematics, that's who. Their rules are more sound than yours because they invented it and the rules for math are constant.

Also, who gives a crap if you don't like the number 2? Does the world revolve around you? Maybe you're the center of the universe and everything was built around you. Everything moves as you do. Everything changes as you see fit.

That's sounds pretty goddamn stupid, right? That's why 1+1=2.
:chug: you just proved my point buddy. so the "guy" that "invented numbers", does the whole world revolve around him? i stated that i didn't like the number 2, that is NO DIFFERENT then the "inventor" leaving out something that he didn't see fit. there is no such thing as human objectivity. it's impossible and thats why 1+1 could just as well equal 3 or 7. in our current system that isn;t the way it is, but it very well could have been that way.

One Groovin Clown 10-18-2006 07:31 PM

Way to bring that back from 6 pages ago :p

That was a fun discussion too.
*listens to some Soundgarden*

But he's the one that created them and the whole system, not you. I never said the world revolves around him and I never implied it.

When someone makes up a game, they make up the rules. When someone makes up mathematics and numbers, they make up the rules, which, as I've said, are constant because they always work. They are fact. They are true.
