Weezer- Pinkerton The Clash- The Essential Clash Sum 41- HAlf Hour of Power ( I seriously dont know what I was thinking) The Who- The Ultimate Collection
"Makes No Difference" is an incredibly catchy song. Besides, the rest even things out. |

Kraftwerk - The Man-Machine
Kraftwerk - Trans-Europe Express Smashing Punpkins - Adore Wu-Tang Clan - Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) The Pogues - Rum, Sodomy, and The Lash Dr Dre - The Chronic I already had the German version of the two Kraftwerk albums on mp3, and since they were on sale, decided I'd hear them in a language I can understand. |
I picked up many albums today, so I'll list the top five in the pile I have next to me, for simplicity's sake.
Radiohead - The Bends Sigur Ros - Ba Ba Ti Ki Di Do Elvis Costello - This Year's Model Talking Heads - Talking Heads '77 Beck - Guero A new release (Guero) is kind of unusual for me. I kind of bought it by accident, actually. I picked it up from a display on the wall, and re-installing it in this display proved difficult, so I figured it was easier to just buy the thing, rather than wrestling with putting it back. |

ROFL. How much did the inept display, and your own politeness in not just putting it somewhere else, set you back? |
Just £10.99. Fortunately it was a little shop which prices new releases (relatively) cheap.
Haven't yet found out if the album's worth it though. |
I did a similar thing recently but with a magazine. I had picked up the magazine and was halfway to the checkout when I realised I had no cash. Now I didnt want to put it back otherwise they wouldve looked at me and thought "haha what a loser he can't even afford a magazine", nor did I want to use my debit card for something costing £3. So I spent about half an hour looking for something of value to add to the £3. In the end I got 21 grams on DVD even though I didnt really want it as Id already seen it twice. So the magazine ended up costing me £13, but at least I didnt look like an idiot.
So last 5 cds: M83 - Before the Dawn Heals Us M83 - Dead Cities.... Modest Mouse - The Moon and Antarctica DFA 1979 - You're a Woman I'm a Machine Jack Johnson - In Between Dreams (Downloaded) |
