well, closer really doesn't have a lot of offs. it's pretty much just cleaning and tidying up. If I'm 1st off pasta, which I usually am, I do change-over (switch out all the 1/6 pans to new ones) as well as stock tops and bottoms, stock miscellaneous (oils, spices, wine, breads), sweep, take out the garbage, and do a freezer pull.

Yeah it sucks.

apparently just before my shift today a guy threw his burger back at the grill cause he was pissed off

our place is basically like subway how everything is made in the front, so I guess he just got pissed and chucked it back. Also heard he flipped off everyone in the store and the police came
