Have only been training for a moth or so, so treadmill for me, then outside building up to a couple of half marathons and ultimately a full marathon, hopefully:p

I wouldn't mind having an exercise bike in the house for some cardio.

i live near the dandenong ranges where they have the gruelling 1000 steps which i do at least once a week. thats my exercise for the week.

yep. i have the most epic trouble sleeping ever and its always during periods of fitness I sleep best

for instance, I got up about 2 pm a few days back. decided i had to do something so took a heap of sleeping pills trying to sleep, instead I stayed up not only for the entire following day I didn't get to sleep until about 7 am the morning after that

And to gaslight: no i walk them, sometimes two at a time which really gets the thighs burning. But yeah its advised not to run them, the steps are all over the place in terms of size and placement, and its always wet and dewy and ppl fall over and get serious head injuries, fall in comas etc etc
