I rarely skip classes -even though none of them is obligatory- at Uni and when I do I feel like something is terribly wrong.

I think I'm just going to skip Friday's every once in a while. I only have one class (a 1:50 Bio Lecture that also meets Mondays and Wednesdays), it's only 50 minutes long, and I know somebody who I can get the notes from. This way it's just like having no Friday class.

There's something wrong here.

So I started to work a few weeks ago. Such a bad beginning of my work career... I work 6 hrs a weekend, three a day. Last monday I had off and had to work 8 hours. I have next monday off and I have to work 8 hours then too. Man.. it's a boring job too.

Only people who miss more than 3 days, got suspended, or need to raise their grade have to take exams here, so everyone else just skips the exam days (Tue.-Thur. + MLK Day.) It's pretty sweet.

Where is this?!?! Everyone has to show up unless you don't have an exam here. I had two today (one AP and one a foreign language so that was pretty bad) then tomorrow and thursday. Friday's off, Monday's off but I'm working all day.

I don't skip classes because of the unnecesary amount of post-traumatic distress for not attending a class.

Besides, calculus isn't really worth the skip. Or Civil Rights. Or Physics. Or chemistry.

Thats amazing. This year I only have 3 midterms. Math and Spanish this friday and Forensics next wednesday. I have 8 days off (two 4 day weekends). Being a senior in my school is great. All my teachers decided to go easy on us.

Skipping class is pointless. It just makes life more difficult and stressful.

Since I'm only a junior I hardly get a break. Next year finals will be easy because I'm planning on taking a few APs so that means I miss a lot of class for AP tests then I don't have to come at all on exam days. But for now I've only got 3 classes I'm not taking exams for

I have a video clip of it. It's absolutely amazing. They got a shot of Wayne Gretzky's face after that goal. It was like he had seen a ghost or something he was so dumfounded. Apparently the crowd gave him an ovation after they saw the replay.

Speaking of exams, I recently finished my mock exams. Results:
Biology - A 84/100
Chemistry - B
Physics - C 42/100 :/
German, three papers/exams - all A*
English - Both papers around C grade if I remember
History - E 19/40
Maths - scrape pass with a C at 23% :/

Not too bad, seeing as I did next to no revision but on the other hand not really that great. I'm doing GCSEs by the way.

Still, I generaly don't practice much of what my guitar teacher gives me, right now it is the intro and verse/chorus to Stairway, which I think is one of the most monotous, overrated, and overplayed songs...Plus I just wait till the night before, because it is easy. But my sight reading is getting better.

My teacher said if there are any leads and such I want to learn just to ask him and we'll do it, but right now we're doing theory because know little about it. We're doing all sorts of modes of the C scale and such.
