America > UK because we don't have different words for anything depending on the region you live in. It's all the same.
Yeah but America has to take every word and make up their own word for it which we aren't allowed to use |
My finger sticks out when i drink sometimes.....
Oh my, some women has been put in prison because she beat a girl saying she was a witch. I thaught we got rid of all that crap back in the 1800s. |

Very few Brits under the age of 20 can write an entire sentence without a spelling error. In America, it's mostly people under 19 1/2 that have that problem. |
Apparently it does, because having studied law for five years, I know these things. All those laws about marrying animals and being allowed to beat your wife are no longer in effect.
Meh. The best law is that over here its illegal to eat mince pies on christmas day. This chrimbo, im so gonna get father christmas locked up  |
What the hell is up with popsicle? Candy? Calling chips fries, then calling crisps chips?!
Popsicle - I don't know. It's supposed to be similar to icicle though. Fries - Why would they be chips? They're fried potatos. Chips - They're chips of potato. |
What's funny about sidewalk? It's a walkway on the side of the road.

Roads are made of tarmac. Pavement is made of flags, aka paving slabs.
Wtf is tarmac? We have some tar roads, but tar is only used for repairs. 99% of the roads are made of pavement. |
NO MORE USA vs. UK ARGUMENTS
|
Wtf is tarmac? We have some tar roads, but tar is only used for repairs. 99% of the roads are made of pavement.
How can it be made from pavement? that would take forever to lay down. I think tar, is short for tarmac. |
