phone interviews weird me out not gonna lie

I hate talking on the phone. Something about it just annoys me. I prefer face to face, text message, email or whatever. Sometimes a phone call is easier of course, but then I always want to just quickly go through the stuff that needs to be discussed and hang up.

Not a fan of drawn out phone calls, my Mom is the worst at them.

Can't put my finger on it, but something about it annoys me. Probably has something to do with how people are often doing other stuff while calling at the same time, among other things. It feels as though you only have half of their attention.

There are a couple people I enjoy long phone calls with but generally they bore me after 5 minutes.

My friends always made fun of me for it 'cause I'd have to have them repeat what they said 10 times 'cause I'd be watching a show or something.

Maybe that's why no one ever calls me :(
