Nah isle is another word for island, like calling Ireland the emerald isle or the Isle of Man. Aisle is a walkway between rows of seats/shelves/etc. |

An isle is a small island, but an aisle is what you walk up and down in at the grocery store ie the soup aisle the bread aisle or the soda aisle |

Speaking of isle vs aisle I was walking around Meijer the other day and there was an isle of nachos in the middle of the mexican food aisle
I guess alot of people use isle as a word for a small table too |

Aisle is a walkway between rows of seats/shelves/etc.[/QUOTE] I know, but I asked because Nick seemed to use "isle" to refer to the walkway in a supermarket. Not trying to be a nitpicking bellend here, btw, I was just curious if "isle" was okay to refer to an "aisle". |
