Sautee mushrooms, shallots or yellow onions, and garlic in some butter with a bit of flour.
Once browned, add a cup or so of white wine to the mix, and simmer until it thickens a bit. Sooooo good and pretty simple |

I do that kind of stuff for simple curries, just throw in some chopped veggies with spices and flour and add some chopped tomatoes and the juice of the tomatoes is usually enough to thicken it up, so good for a quick curry.

Chili is so fun to make, I made a huge batch yesterday early in the day with tons of veggies and I used ground turkey instead of beef. Made it around noon then let it sit in the slow cooker all day until dinner time then I took some smoked cheddar and grated that shit on there and ate it with a nice loaf of wheat bread, my taste buds were very pleased. |

maybe some ground pork or cubed meat of some sort a bell pepper garlic onion lotsa crushed tomatoes jalapeno or two couple serrano peppers few cayenne peppers maybe a few habaneros secret blend of herbs and spices Worcestershire sauce and the kicker a bit of unsweetened chocolate oh fuck forgot the beans goddamn lots of beans light red kidneys, dark red kidneys, red, pinto, and black a can of each |
