The hell....?

neal_672 05-05-2005 12:32 PM

I have snapped 3 strings in 2 months, and i'm muchos pissed off.

WhoDidTheElf 05-05-2005 12:34 PM

Ah....that's quite the feat. New or old ones?

Radiobass81 05-05-2005 12:35 PM

Buy DR Strings :).

neal_672 05-05-2005 12:36 PM

New. Every single time, hence the pissed off-ness, at £5 a string it's not a cheap thing!

WhoDidTheElf 05-05-2005 12:39 PM

Ouch...that will add up fast. Playing to agresivly or something?

neal_672 05-05-2005 12:41 PM

Nope, well maybe on one or two occasions, but this time i was playing fingerstyle :cries:

WhoDidTheElf 05-05-2005 12:42 PM

That's bizare, what kind of bass? And you check the bridge and what not for sharp peices?

neal_672 05-05-2005 12:44 PM

Yeah i'm gonna get it all checked i think a screw has come loose possibly that's allowing the string to move a bit. It's a Peavey International IV...

Anyhoo i'm off to shout at a wall for a while   ciao!

WhoDidTheElf 05-05-2005 12:49 PM

Yeah that could do it, same thing happend in my P, later bro!

Sitting here while being bored at school.

It's actually lunch time, right now, but, seeing as I never eat, there's no point in sitting down at a table, so I just come onto the computer and go on MX.

ElKapitan 05-05-2005 01:08 PM

i don't really think everyone wants this to degenerate into a big political debate but i'll briefly outline my reasons for voting Lib Dem:

1) Against the war for the reasons Blair gave
2) Against student top up fees (i'm a student)
3) They'll never get in so i can moan about whoever else does get in cos i exercised my right to vote and didn't elect the new government
4) I like the colour yellow :)

black_star 05-05-2005 01:09 PM

Hey mx, again.

Hey arson. lunch time ?

mister_tee 05-05-2005 01:12 PM

Lib Dem, good call. They'd raise taxes, but mainly for the benefit of us students :thumb: Lots of people say it's a wasted vote on them, but if everyone always thinks that then of course it's going to be.

But the real reason is Charles Kennedy going on Have I got news for you and kicking arse. Twice.
