If you ate real steak you could go for a london broil, but cooking a broil to medium = making a frisbee.

Good. We're taking the first break in our history. We have a new project, with an actual singer, and Mike Txus on bass. Epic band is epic.

Medium well is a waste of a steak. It's medium rare or medium all the way.

A steak is a beautiful thing.

Medium well is usually what I go for, or medium depending on my mood. I never use sauce either, I'm all about excessive seasoning, i.e. garlic, pepper, seasoning salt, onion, salt, spicy steak topping ect ect.

Truth. A medium rare steak, some garlic mashed potatoes, and maybe some summer vegetables is my ideal meal.

With a steak is the only setting where I really love mashed potatoes. It's perfect.

i like my steak almost burnt.

Mashed Potatoes are great in any setting, except maybe breakfast. I stand firm in my belief that there is no wrong way to make potatoes. Mash 'em, fry 'em, bake 'em, whatever, as long as it's done close to right, they'll be great.

Medium well, by the way, and yes, many, many seasonings.

How can you guys stand that? Not only is it like chewing leather, you get like, no natural juice flavor, and you get hit with the guilt of ruining what Kage and I could enjoy eating the way it was meant to be eaten.

Burnt steak sucks because you don't get any juices flowing from the steak and you end up chewing on rubber essentially. There HAS to be juices.
