Zmev 03-28-2005 04:50 PM

It feels good know now I could be at school building the set for the play I'm in and basically giving a hand, helping a brother out.

When instead I'm at home in my underpants.

Only 327 posts and you're acting like a vet.

I find it very hard to believe that there are no Anti-Relient K sites.

br3ad_man 03-28-2005 05:20 PM

Hi everyone. I just woke up and am listening to A Silver Mount Zion. I need to go have a shower.

Luxor 03-28-2005 05:21 PM

You crazy Australians, I just ate dinner!

br3ad_man 03-28-2005 05:34 PM

Is that your guitar in your avatar?

Blah, I have all the girls in my english class who think they're super underground because they listen to Relient K and The Starting Line.

Speaking of The Starting Line, I wanted to go see As Tall as Lions, but noo, TSL had to be playing with them, so the place would be filled with 13 year-old girls.

Pop-punk ruins my life.

Hmm.. Wich of these bands are "must see" bands?

I used to date one. And ironically, I met her because I had English with her.

I'd definitely see Autechre, Devendra, The Dears, Duran Duran*, Interpol, Mew, The Tears, Brian Wilson, and Tom Vek.

*just so I could say I'd seen them

From experience, Junior Senior are horrible, The Haunted are boring, and Green Day are plain shit.

I've heard Jamie Cullum is a surprisingly good live act, too.

At the very least I'd go with Interpol, Snoop Dogg, and Brian Wilson.

I'll keep that in mind.
So far I want to see a third of the bands on that list.. So I'll have to narrow it down alot.. Hehe

Iai 03-28-2005 06:38 PM

Same with Reading for me. Hehe.

Is Roskilde a 1-day event or a weekend?

The NPC 03-28-2005 06:41 PM

Sounds good.

Actually it's a 4 day event. Well, more like a 8 day event, but the first 4 days there's only one stage, where "amateur" bands play.
I'm pretty sure it's one of europes biggest festival thingies.. 90.000 people

Iai 03-28-2005 06:48 PM

Yeah, they have TV coverage of it here. I've never really paid much attention, because they do it for a lot of things - Coachella, Rock AM Ring, Lollapalooza....

The NPC 03-28-2005 06:55 PM

Well that sounds just like a spoon full of sugar and a couple of gum drops.

Zmev 03-28-2005 09:12 PM

See Duran Duran

The Dears are awesome.

Luxor 03-28-2005 09:29 PM

They have some really great songs, but a lot of mediocre ones as well.

ATM 03-28-2005 09:30 PM

I really like that song Lost In the Plot.

Luxor 03-28-2005 09:39 PM

We Can Have It makes my peepee go ba-doing-doing.

ATM 03-28-2005 09:41 PM

That was descriptive
