lol they say in rehab if you drink or smoke or do any drugs at all that you will be right back on your fav drug and your habit will be way worse really quick

ive been drinking, smoking, taking valium and taking hydros but it hasnt gotten worse at all. im doing way better than i have in like four years and havent done dope at all. all rehab really did for me was give me a place to detox an take a break all the counseling and aa meetings are total bs

it takes self restraint plain0and simple

they try to brainwash you into staying sober your whole life, going to meetings every day the first ninety days after you get out, go live in a halfway house and youre not supposed to fuck or date anyone for a year

i didnt buy into any of that shit but i saw a lot of people get totally brainwashed, its sad really. they take advantage of desperate people and tell them they have to believe in a "higher power" and spirituality to quit.

apparently austin bought into all that bs but i would rather die a junkie than compromise my beliefs and start believing in god, depending on AA and not fucking for a year

I think I'm pretty content sticking to weed, booze and very occasional psychedelic use, but a life of sobriety would be dull as fuck.

I'm not saying that I need to be fucked up to have fun but I like experiencing different feelings than the norm, which is one reason I really enjoyed mushrooms because it was like entering a different world, not because I enjoyed the being "fucked up" aspect of it.

I think it's important to have a break from the every day.

i would LOVE to shoot a bag right now but its just not worth it so i toned down to just pills and beer and im doing a lot better i dont have to get high every day to be happy any more and its a big relief
