Nah, about a year and a half ago I ended up getting really sick for an extended period of time and they didn't know what it was. I was on all sorts of medicines, in and out of treatment facilities, and they couldn't pinpoint what the ailment was. Fast forward a few months and I'm in the hospital for a week for a spontaneous GI bleed, turned out I had an undiagnosed case of Chron's disease that was fairly advanced for my age.

I'm pretty much healthy now, put back on all the weight that I lost, plus a little extra that I'm trying to get rid of. There may have been a time that I could have done Muay Thai, but right now with grad school looming over and everything, it's just not in the cards right now. I hate talking about myself, so let's continue besmirching periphery

Yeah it's an autoimmune disease, so it's pretty much incurable. I'm on this pretty great medicine though called Remicade, it's an AI inhibitor, so my body isn't attacking myself and making things difficult. On the downside, it's ridiculously expensive, which I don't have to pay for yet, and the actual treatment is expensive for me, personally. LOL AMERICANTS

I've looked at the symptoms for Chron's disease a few times, dismissed my problems as not being that severe, will be fine for a few weeks then suffer a really bad flare up of certain problems.

Considering going to the doctors soon, probably get palmed off with a viral infection explanation though.
