You see....I can't find any DT merchandise around here.
Same here, its totally lame. I managed to get a SFAM teeshirt but that was up in london. |
Thanks a lot.:thumb:
No problem :D Some songs that didn't make it into the albums are so brilliant it makes you wonder why. My favourites include "The Way it Used to Be", "Where Are You Now?", "Speak to Me", "Eve" and "Raise the Knife". |
yea speak to me is goood. as is "cover my eyes."
NP: eve-dream theater. again. sigh can't get enough of it at this time... |
I love cover my eyes, its so....un-dream theater.

Up in London?! /spits at the southern jessie I got my ToT shirt off Ebay...It's a little too small. |
Us southeners refer to everywhere as being up. We know it's not North but we still refer to it as "up"
|
If you keep saying things like that, I'm going to run out of spit...
|
i just cant wait to see sacrificed sons played live
|
Sacrificed Son was great live, especially with and orchestra behind them.

I also have the Octavarium tour shirt (it has a picture of the maze found in the Octavarium booklet.) |
I don't have any DT merchandise, I saw a cool wristband once for really cheap but they wouldn't accept my debit card :(
NP: The Great Debate Edit: I just checked the DT merch site, the wristband is $5 but shipping is $15. |
DT had a cool shirt a while back that had a big eyeball on it. Reminded me of Tool. Funny though, they sound nothing alike.
|
That may be the ToT one...I don't have that, the one that's on my shirt is the art from the inside cover.
|
I think it was either that or 6DOIT. I think the coolest art is the Octavarium art.
|
Octavarium artwork is so cool, I have one of those swingy things in my room. Aceness.
I just got an Awake top wooohow. |
When I first saw the front cover for Octavarium I thought "what the hell is that?" but once I got the album I began to appreciate the artwork and more importantly the symbolism. It's probably my favourite Dream Theater artwork too.

NP: The Great Debate Edit: I just checked the DT merch site, the wristband is $5 but shipping is $15.
Somehow, I don't see Dream Theater as the sort of band whose fans wear wrist bands. That's more of a metalcore thing. |
DREAM THEATER drummer Mike Portnoy has commented on the extra material that will be included with the band's forthcoming live CD/DVD package, "Score - 20th Anniversary World Tour: Live with the Octavarium Orchestra", due on August 29 through Rhino Records. The disc is expected to contain the following bonus features: Tour Documentary, Octavarium Cartoon, "Another Day" (live in Tokyo, 1993), "The Great Debate" (live in Bucharest, 2002), and "Honor Thy Father" (live in Chicago, 2005).
That looks good |

I love the "Live At Budokan" CD/DVD.
|
I love the "Live At Budokan" CD/DVD.
The production on the DVD, when compared to their older DVDs, is orgasmic. You actually dont see the other camera men in Live at Budokan. NP: The Root of All Evil |
That looks good
