it might be divided into different movements alá Dream Theater

Paranoidd 12-16-2004 08:33 AM

MX is slow today.

Bartender 12-16-2004 08:33 AM
Thats a whole CD for one song? Presumably it changes a lot throughout, so its like having a normal album with the songs blended into one another?
Delirium Cordia is subtitled "Surgical Sound Specimens From the Museum of Skin", is incredibly experimental and basically sounds like a horror movie soundtrack. It's really good, but you have to be in the mood to listen to it more than other music.

A Night in the Forest is divided into four Chapters;
I - Enter Fangorn
II - The Spirit of Wood
III - Elvenpath
IV - A Flight into the Darkness

It's basically a concept "album" (song), supposed to represent sonically a section of the Lord of the Rings. It's neoclassical/black metal or something, and weird as all hell. The first several minutes are the sound of a storm.

lol. That Anarchy guy needs to Shut the **** up. Im reccomending him for a banning for starting such a stupid thread, then using poor argments in it.
I thought he was doing okay up until;

"ooh wow, gc and green day didnt get a mention. am i supposed to care? as i've already said, i'm not gonna change my mind just because some people who i've never met told me to."

Did he just forget the post he started the thread with, or something?

Paranoidd - you're just getting too used to Pit-speed.

munky_magik 12-16-2004 08:40 AM

movements, chapters...they're all the same

I found a pound in the street. You may have seen the breaking news in an earlier post.

LordDargon 12-16-2004 08:48 AM

Hye bartender: Consume the Forsaken is USA Disgorge. I didn't feel like spamming up the death heads with "USA." but nobody cares if I spam here :p

I found a 50 behind my dresser the other day, but it was mine that I had lost months ago, so your story > over mine.

Is that the band with the vocalist that sounds like a drain, or is that Disgorge (mex)?
I found a 50 behind my dresser the other day, but it was mine that I had lost months ago, so your story > over mine.
Yeah, but you would have looked cool finding the fifty. I just looked like a nerd picking up a pound.

Paranoidd 12-16-2004 08:54 AM
Yeah, but you would have looked cool finding the fifty. I just looked like a nerd picking up a pound.
A pound is a pound. That's like two bucks over here. You could get a blowjob for that much in some places.

LordDargon 12-16-2004 08:54 AM

That old thread, eh, haha.

The "drain pipe" vocalist "sang" on She Lay Gutted, also by USA Disgorge. They have a new vocalist for CtF, and he's unfortunately not as sick :(

Mexigorge have really sick vocals too though.

I love em as well, but sometime I feel they're a bit too prog for their own good. Being that prog can't be healthy

i got my stars, and im trying to get that anarchy guy dead/banned.

Bartender 12-16-2004 09:34 AM

There's no point banning him. Better just to let him know where he's going wrong/stupid. I'd rather end up with a productive or at least improved poster than just another banned guy.

Arucard 12-16-2004 09:36 AM

good point. I hope no-one closes that thead, this argument is hilarious. My fave gnere is rap, thats why i hate punk? WHAT THE ****.

munky_magik 12-16-2004 09:53 AM

some people really question what remains of my faith in humanity

Bartender 12-16-2004 09:57 AM

Yeah. I was tempted to say "THIS CONVERSATION KILL BRAIN", but I couldn't remember who originally said it, and I don't like alluding to what I can't place myself.

On a sidenote, I'm listening to Cartman sing Kiss From a Rose. It's awesome.

munky_magik 12-16-2004 10:04 AM

sounds good. I'm settling down to finish learning Stratosphere by Stratovarius, with sub-par childrens programs

Looks like I'll be around for a bit longer, my employer didn't come to pick me up.

munky_magik 12-16-2004 10:17 AM
the 5/10 song? :p
