Glitterati 11-13-2007 07:15 PM

WOOOOOOOOOO!

http://www.langerado.com

I'm excited as hell. Especially about Phil Lesh and Mickey Heart. I've been on a Dead kick lately.

asdf 11-14-2007 12:13 AM

Just saw They Might Be Giants.

What made it even better was that for me and one of my friends, it was a free show.

bleep_bloop 11-14-2007 12:15 AM

im listening to some Ricardo Villalobos and it's giving me a headache

sgrevs 11-14-2007 01:35 AM

I love Ricardo Villalobos, his stuff is pretty sweet. There's nothing headache-y about it to me though.

Anxious 11-14-2007 01:37 AM

I just saw Circle Takes the Square, it was pretty great. They played a new song which was pretty damn technical and reminded me of Tweez era Slint mixed with an Envy song.

Damn Thursday fans insisted on sticking around and blocking me from getting to the front. I had the decency to leave during their shitty band.

Zmev 11-14-2007 01:39 AM

I stayed for Thursday and yelled "CROSS OUT THE EYES!" every song.

Anxious 11-14-2007 01:44 AM

I stayed for a few songs and it was just horrible.

Horrible.

"This next song is about all of those crappy bands on MTV and the radio. Just turn it off"

*cue standard Thursday song*

Wait. Something is wrong here.

Zmev 11-14-2007 01:45 AM

hahaha he said the exact thing at the show here. Did you stay long enough for the "put on finger in the air if you're for human and gay rights because they're people too!" schtick?

Oh yeah and how shitty is Portugal the Man? The answer is very.

Anxious 11-14-2007 01:48 AM

No I didn't stay that long.

Yeah Portugal the Man were pretty shitty. They came off as a crappy jam-band with keyboards.

All I know is that I encountered as many scene kids as one can possibly handle in a lifetime in one night.

okay 11-14-2007 01:50 AM

gj guys you just spoiled the ending for me i cant believe this

br3ad_man 11-14-2007 04:04 AM

I just got a Low ticket. I was worried all day about it selling out (it's a really small venue) and then I got my ticket and it was number 17.

Youngs 11-14-2007 05:35 AM

How many posts do I have to write before Sam & Max will turn into a decent size?

ATM 11-14-2007 01:45 PM

Sam and Max rule.

I loved DOTT more though.

Youngs 11-14-2007 02:10 PM

your avatar is dancing along with the beat in Wire - Three Girl Rhumba. Haha. Ha. Now i know what to do for the next six hours.

ATM 11-14-2007 02:26 PM

haha I just put the song on

Youngs 11-14-2007 02:39 PM

Now we're in it together. Haha. Stop it.

Tyr 11-14-2007 02:43 PM
your avatar is dancing along with the beat in Wire - Three Girl Rhumba. Haha. Ha. Now i know what to do for the next six hours.
That avatar is synchronized with every song ever written, I think.

Neoteric 11-14-2007 02:46 PM

it's going along with the DEP i'm listening to, weird

Tyr 11-14-2007 02:48 PM

And with the Utada Hikaru I'm listening to.

Youngs 11-14-2007 02:52 PM

It's not going along with the track i'm listening to now. That's probably because i made it, and noone will ever be able to dance along.
