Dylan's best CD is Desire IMO because Mozambique is like my favorite song, and I tihnk Emerald Bay are his best lyrics, and Isis, Sara, and Hurricane are some great ones on there too, just one of his best pieces of work, in his prime.

Broken Arrow 11-06-2004 07:31 PM

Right now my favourite Zep song is The Battle of Evermore

Sara is a great song, Hurricane is one of the first times I applied barre chords to a song.

FreebirdTPM 11-06-2004 07:32 PM

Is Led Zeppelin's best song Over The Hillas & Far Away? I'm not a big Zep fan but that's by far my favorite by them, wondering if the Zep fans think the same.

jpj 11-06-2004 07:33 PM

Creedence Clearwater 11-06-2004 07:43 PM

Dylan told hopper that he would only do a song for it if he changed the ending.

jpj 11-06-2004 07:43 PM
There is a good dylan story to go with that.
You shall tell this story.

Illmatic 11-06-2004 07:43 PM

"Trampled Underfoot" is my personal favorite Zeppelin song, even if "Physical Graffiti" was disappointing overall.

Broken Arrow 11-06-2004 07:44 PM

Did they?
"Trampled Underfoot" is my personal favorite Zeppelin song, even if "Physical Graffiti" was disappointing overall.
Trampled Underfoot is terrifc. It really show JPJ's keyboard skills. Do you own Physical Graffiti Mr. Creedance?

Dylan and The Dead is over :upset: What should I listen to now?

FreebirdTPM 11-06-2004 07:46 PM

Thank God they didn't listen to him, although I wouldn't mind a Dylan song on that soundtrack.

Creedence Clearwater 11-06-2004 07:46 PM

Hes anyone now relevant story:

Peter Grant once went up to Dylan saying "I run Led Zeppelin," and Bob says, "Yeah but I don't come to you with my problems."

Sure do, although i would like it is you let the music be your master, will you head the master's call?
