hey i have a bunch of songs in iTunes that are in mpeg4 format and i want to use them in the WMP so i need them in mp3 what do i do . how !??!!?!?!?

By .mp4, do you mean .m4a? In any case, go to iTunes > Advanced > Convert Selection To mp3.

It's an open ended beginning statement, as in it can't be answered by a simple "yes" or "no." So at least it has a chance for some good discussion.
