ive just done a 3 mile assault course through various tunnels half full with water, through bogs and over hills, that is done by the SAS for training (admittedly without a backpack the weight of me on my back), twice
ive then done 2 hours canoeing, so im pretty **** tired
i also now have to do my IT and RE homework :(

I played football for 4 hours. Much more fun than gruelling assault courses for no apparent reason...

well, the canoeing was fun, but definately hard
then i lost a playfight with my friend, i somehow ended up stuck in the boot of the car, starting in the front seat. :confused:
