Find a way to get some vegies in on the deal. Even if you just steam the potatoes or microwave some frozen peas/corn, makes it much more of a good feed.

Failing that, just whip out some bread and have sausage sandwiches.

In my line of work I've gone to a few seminars about social media. A common saying that I've heard some of the presenters at these seminars saying, when talking about a particular topic, is "I blog about it".

"I blog about it" is a way of them saying. "I have strong opinions about this subject, so you should go to my blog and read my endless ramblings about it."
Except they fail to realise that I don't give a sh!t about work stuff outside of work, and have no intention of visiting their lame blog.
