yeah, well back on the topic of Blink. Would guys be happier if Tom had gotten a different drummer for Box Car Racer?, since that was part of the reason Blink broke up and all.

Actually, the drumming in BCR was great imo. I'd prefer if they had a different drummer in blink though.

I think Travis fits really well with Blink. Any other drummer would just be playing the same thing except way more bland. People say Travis made there music poppier, but all the drummer does is try to make a beat to go with the guitar/bass parts that have already been written.

That's true. Kind of a bummer that Tom, Mark and Blinks management didn't trust Scott to go to rehab and clean up. Travis does deserve all the riches and fame though.

I prefer scott, i never used to, now i do because, travis dosnt seem to fit in with the band to me.

Travis is jsut fast.

I know he's not that much better, but he's more diverse, and occasionally adds some pretty sweet beats that Scott would never have done, well I don't think so, haha.

Travis is very repetitive with his fills, it's very annoying. Scott was just plain repetitve :p

Travis was technical, but so technical it was boring.

Travis was great. The only way he didn't fit in was on appearance to be honest; a hawk in Blink? He was too "hardcore", for want of a better word.

I loved his drumming, I thought it was inspired.

I actually think that Travis' drums really made Blink's music better.
It makes it a lot less boring than if it was the same drum beats for every song, like Scott used to do.

I don't see how it necessarily brought a downfall upon Blink.

I don't think it was a downfall at all, i just prefered Scott in the band. But as i've said before, Travis made the S/T what it is. The best Blink album imo

I like complexicity in music, I just think Travis was a bit out of place.

I have known the words for that songs since I first heard it.

I perfer Scott as a drummer. He fit in with Mark and Tom and did stupid stuff along with them that you wouldn't see Travis do. I also think Travis is far from a great drummer, he's good, yes, great, no.

Turns out i will end up missing angles and airaves on sunday, oh well, they suck anyway.

At least i will see the subways, strokes and foo fighters :D:D

Meh, im bored of the album already, and i just cant be arsed listening to it, it feels liek a chore for me to do it. Theres liek 2 good songs i realy like maybe.
