Yeah I've never really worked out. I'm pretty lean (149lbs) but I haven't gained much muscle. I'm scheduling my ASVAB soon but do you know how long I have before I take the PAST? |

i down a protein shake with 60g after my workout. i eat 1 or 2 protein bars a day that have about 25g in them. i eat 6 eggs every morning with milk, which is a little over 40g. then i have 3 other meals all with meat in them, which all adds up to at least 250g a day. |

well my family is 100% italian so food is no rare commodity in my house
the protein powder is $40 for about 3 or 4 weeks worth. about the same price when you add up the protein bars. |
maybe when I'm older and have the dough I'll spend more on protein supplements
for now I'll just mooch off my parents and eat chicken breast twice a day for my protein everything in moderation! |
