haha. its really not hard to get there man. i used to be in **** for shape 5 or 6 months ago, like, 30 pushups in a minute type ****. all ya needs is dedication.
Yeah I've never really worked out. I'm pretty lean (149lbs) but I haven't gained much muscle. I'm scheduling my ASVAB soon but do you know how long I have before I take the PAST?

Nepenthe 10-15-2009 01:47 AM
complete body workout will be nice. i just need to get back in shape so i can train my *** off and start fighting again.

e: what kind of diet do you follow?
i dont really follow a diet, just guidelines. no snacks, at least 4 meals a day. i dont really count anything except making sure i get 2500 calories and 250g of protein a day. of course, my goal is to add to my bulk, while yours would be to just maintain haha so i cant help you on diet too much. just no snacks, keep a steady flow of good, at least partially healthy meals throughout your day. taking multivitamins is great.

and to start getting back in shape just start doing pushups, pullups, situps, and walking/jogging on a treadmill or elliptical for a few weeks. once your body feels like its waking up again and your armed with the majesty that is my workout hit the gym with a vengeance.

at least 3 or so months after you take the ASVAB. and even then youll go through BMT first which will get you in even better shape. so no worries dude youll be fine.
how exactly do you consume that much protein in one day without downing protein shakes
i down a protein shake with 60g after my workout. i eat 1 or 2 protein bars a day that have about 25g in them. i eat 6 eggs every morning with milk, which is a little over 40g. then i have 3 other meals all with meat in them, which all adds up to at least 250g a day.

Jaundice 10-15-2009 01:55 AM

jesus , i eat 60g of protein in two days

but then again my personal training is very questionable

Nepenthe 10-15-2009 01:57 AM

how much do you spend on this ****
especially you adb
yeah I'm listening

Nepenthe 10-15-2009 01:59 AM

well my family is 100% italian so food is no rare commodity in my house

the protein powder is $40 for about 3 or 4 weeks worth. about the same price when you add up the protein bars.

asSi1v3RfaNgsburn 10-15-2009 02:01 AM

maybe when I'm older and have the dough I'll spend more on protein supplements

for now I'll just mooch off my parents and eat chicken breast twice a day for my protein

everything in moderation!

Jaundice 10-15-2009 02:01 AM
need ta eat more boy
nah i've been eating as much junk food as is humanly possible for nine months now, gonna eat less food for a little while prob

Nepenthe 10-15-2009 02:02 AM

chicken breast is good for protein but theres not many calories WHICH IS WHAT YOU NEED ADB

asSi1v3RfaNgsburn 10-15-2009 02:02 AM

alex:

liked the first song

second was irratating tbh

third was good but too repetitive
chicken breast is good for protein but theres not many calories WHICH IS WHAT YOU NEED ADB
yeah I know I'm always hungry, I don't get enough calories,etc.

not worried about it, I like the way I look, I eat 4-5 meals a day

Jaundice 10-15-2009 02:05 AM

thanks

second song took a couple of risks, yeah , i could see how it could annoy the hell out of some one potentially

im not sure what the third one was about, thought it'd be cool to randomly end it with a repeating loop of the first few seconds of a Joy Division song

if you're pretty active you might want to increase your calorie intake by a bit.
