My friend and I were discussing it...it almost looks like it's sped up, yet at the same time, it's in time with the music. Thoughts?

Eh, I've seen other videos where guys go that fast, so I don't think it's sped up. I'm sure they have to pull it off live too so doing so would be idiotic.

Sounds good, if you see the video on the site of Herman soloing his arse off, you can hear some of the BM vocals in the background

So, yeah, it's just Dragonforce but with harsher vocals. Not sure why MA had them listed as BM...Still, it's great, it's not as blisteringly fast as DF.

edit: I'm hearing a little bit of BM influence now. I only have two songs done so far.

Spocks Beard are quite good, but sometimes i wonder how they keep making albums. They have 8 already! Like, Rush can do it, but i'm unsure about any other Prog band. I personally prefer Kings X and Star One. Darn Star One are good. With an album called 'Space Metal' you can't really go wrong :lol:

iTunes for Mac doesn't convert WMAs, and I have yet to find a free, good converter that lasts forever.

I'm listening to that song now. The guitars are actually fairly BM influenced, as is the drumming and vocals. I suppose the shred will change that though.

Hahaha, true. Though Rush's album quality has dropped a little bit imo. Still, for how long they've been doing it, they're doing great.

Star One I've been meaning to check out as well...anything with Lucassen in it is good in my book. :thumb:

Nah, I don't know, maybe it was just being raised on Classic Rock, but I like the sound of the old albums better. The new stuff is a little overproduced for my liking (at least for that style of music).

Plus they kinda stopped making those 4 song, 50 minute long albums, disappointing :(
