We shall take a marvelous trip together while watching the kittens film!

BenJammin 11-12-2006 09:38 PM

Okay, so who wants to tell me if this makes sense?

The science and religion debate provides ground for the discussion of a variety of important topics. The intensity of these discussions, of course, varies given that what constitutes as science and what constitutes as religion is nothing short of impossible to define; but one prevalent topic from within this field is the existence of God, the justification therefore, and also the compatibility–or absolute lack thereof–that the notion of the existence of God has in regards to science. Over the centuries, there have been many great, historical arguments for God’s existence; and likewise, there have been a number of rebuttals to the same arguments. Among these contentions are the teleological argument, the cosmological argument, the ontological argument, Pascal’s Wager, and St. Thomas Aquinas’ five ways. Each one with their particular significance, argument, and subsequent rebuttal, these five justifications for the existence of God comprise of an essential area of study in the science and religion debate.

That's my introductory paragraph for my essay. Is my objective clear? No ambiguity, etc. etc.?

It makes sense, I've gotten that basically you're going to compare the fine line in between science and religion and go into how one can be said to be a part of another.

One Groovin Clown 11-12-2006 09:58 PM

I haven't been able to touch my bass this weekend because of a term paper. :(
It's worth 20%, but if i get an A- or higher i don't have to do the rewrite that's worth another 20%.
