A girl likes DT?
My sister saw 'em live three years before I did. I tried to turn on one of my freinds who's a girl to DT, but she didn't like them at all. Oh well. |
she doesn't......"like" them. she enjoys the more melodic and commercial songs like through her eyes, hollow years, solitary shell, etc. that said, she was willing to go w/ me to both DT shows i've been to.
|
^^ haha your gf is like my mum
she likes those songs and said that she might want to come with me to a DT concert. |
tis a shame they're hardly ever played...sometimes technical song after technical song can be a little overwhelming. still very awesome though :]
|
My mom loves the mellower songs too. She also likes the melodic and mellow Vai, Satch, John Petrucci, etc. songs.
<3 <3 |
cool mom :]

I'm a huge DT nerd and i still havn't seen them live:( Although, i've heard rumours that their might be a Royal albert hall gig *creams so much he has to swim out of his room* |
You what
That would be the most coolest thing ever. |
i guses you englanders are just. better when it comes to music.
:lol::lol: oh man, good one. Us englanders have the worst taste in music as a whole, ever heard of the indie scene??? But there are the cool people like us that keep the cool english music alive. |
You what

How does the Royal Albert Hall sound?". Very nice Mike, thank you! I remember there being a Labrie song off his album and it had an amazing intro. It was acoustic, then distorted guitars behind it. Any clue what it was? |

it's crucify. DAMN beat to it...
the best song off james's solo album is "slightly out of reach." does anyone want it? i'd be willing to send it out :] NO DT NEEDS TO STAY IN AMERICA! and tour in my city over and over and over again  |

I only have three of the tracks off that. That bootlegs awesome by the way:thumb: Yeah DT will never come to my town cus its like a small seaside town, but if they do two nights in london again I'm gonna get tix for both nights and just stay at a hotel overnight....expensive but worth it:D |
Royal Albert hall that would be soo bloody cool!
James' album is decent from the tiniest of listens I have done of it. IAWDL: or just sleep outside the venue like a real fan. :p |
