I wouldnt really want a tatoo. It would be cool sometimes but looks s'hit when your old and is kind inappropriate at time.

Pazz 01-21-2007 06:51 PM

I would like a tattoo, but a song lyric would be pretty big.

10571z 01-21-2007 07:22 PM
Hahaha yeah.

Lyrics are something I don't think I'd mind tattoo'd onto me.

For example the line..

"She's All I Need, She's All I Dream, She's All I'm Always Wanting.."

It's from "All Of This" - Blink 182, and I can say that I wouldnt' mind that tattoo'd onto my arm. It's a much less "known" Blink song, so if someone saw it, it's not "Omg, you listen to Blink?" right away. It's subtle enough for it not to be immediatly associated with the band, but it still has meaning behind it.
Yeh thats a pretty awsome lyric. Also it could be used for every gf. lol

poo-poo-pee-pee 01-21-2007 08:00 PM

I wanna get a really subtle '182' on my body somewhere. Maybe hand, arm, shoulder, leg. Something like that, just small.
Blink have been my favourite band since I started listening to music. (Other than the Wiggles, they rocked.)
And I can't see myself ever getting sick of them. I can immagine myself growing out of them, and not listening to them everyday as I do now, but there will never be a time when I would turn off a blink song if it came on the radio/TV/Ipod.
Come to the of it, I wouldn't mind a Wiggles tatto somewhere too...
That'd be so hardcore.

MattSharpIsCool 01-21-2007 11:47 PM

Tattoos are lame.

lunchforthesky 01-22-2007 07:25 AM

Tatoos on Women = Most unnatractive thing ever!

Neoteric 01-22-2007 07:27 AM

Oh god yes.

bottlerocket 01-22-2007 07:44 AM
Tatoos on Women = Most unnatractive thing ever!
No way.

A tattoo on the inner thigh, top of the hips, or on their lower back can be SOOOOO HOT if done correctly.

Ross 01-22-2007 07:50 AM

Yeah, tattoos on girls are hot if they're done right.

On girls they usually have to be small, and cute. Some flowers maybe, that kinda thing. Dragons/demons are a serious bad idea.

lunchforthesky 01-22-2007 09:29 AM

Eww i cant stand them, they always look really tacky or just manly.

Ross 01-22-2007 03:21 PM

Fit as fook.

Surtr 01-22-2007 04:27 PM

I think I'm a girl..I take mood swings..lol.

I've gone from disliking all Blink, to really really liking the S/T album.

Though I've still not really liked anything pre-S/T lately..

cobert 01-22-2007 04:44 PM

I hate when people get tatoos that are stupid that theyd regret in a few years. Most girls get stupid tatoos because theyre expected to get something cute instead of something that has meaning to them that theyll have on them forever.

Virus278 01-22-2007 07:06 PM

Most of u guys have probably seen this:
Angels & Airwaves, specifically Tom DeLonge, have revealed that they're back in the studio writing and recording their second album, a follow-up to We Don't Need to Whisper.

No other details were provided in the message; however, we at Sputnikmusic are optimistic that this album will be the best rock record ever, something that DeLonge repeatedly claimed about the band's debut. Stay tuned with us, as we will undoubtedly document the band's inevitable sophomore slump... which might very well be an improvement.
http://www.sputnikmusic.com/news.php?newsid=2434

It's guuna suck (obviously) but I'm interested to see if Tom makes an effort to make it better than the first album...well he probably doesn't think his first album sucked but hopefully he makes improvements anyway.

Yeah, that's the truth right there.

I don't really like Tom's tattoo's..But when you don't really see them up close, it looks cool..Or it did before his hair got all gay..

That's a pretty bad attitude to take. Have some faith that Tom can write good music. You like Blink, he wrote good tunes for 10 years. Even if you didn't like AVA's first album, maybe the second will be better. You should at least give him a chance.

lol yes, that's exactly what I wanted u to say. Here, I posted this a week ago:
"Oh ya, i see what you mean. I hope it's better than their first album but after Tom released "Stars of Bethlehem" or whatever I kinda lost all faith in AVA. I was willing to give AVA a second chance but Tom just ended up making another sucky song.

MattSharpIsCool 01-22-2007 08:48 PM

Eh, alright then.

10571z 01-22-2007 09:34 PM

Ill give them another chance for sure... I cant imagine another album with stupid intros that last ages with just random static noises.

DJ Ducksauce 01-22-2007 10:41 PM

I really hope, for Tom's sake, that the next AVA album is at least on par with +44.

He needs to redeem himself with many of the blink fans.

poo-poo-pee-pee 01-23-2007 01:14 AM

The sad thing is, almost everyone prefers the Plus 44 album to AVA.***
But AVA is blowing the shit outta Plus 44 as far as sales, concert tickets, merch and all that ****.
Stupid loved Tom... Just coz he used to be cool.

***(Complete assumption, an educated guess, there's probably thousands of people who prefer AVA, but whatever...)

10571z 01-23-2007 03:30 AM

I dunno.. Im intrested to see if plus 44 sell's out at festival hall. Ava didnt so this is a good comparison.

Mostly because AVA was way more publicized and hyped before the release of WDNTW.

bottlerocket 01-23-2007 10:52 AM

^ Yeah.

Tom was freaking his shit promoting it.

Ross 01-23-2007 11:49 AM

Yeah, but it makes us wai cool and more hxc to like +44 when no-one else does yet.

Pazz 01-23-2007 01:14 PM

So Travis fractured his arm, again.

Eliminator 01-23-2007 01:16 PM

masturbating

Grohlthegreat 01-23-2007 01:47 PM

He really needs to give that a rest...

MattSharpIsCool 01-23-2007 05:13 PM

If he keeps it going he's gonna really mess his arm up. I'd rather him take a two month break than him never being able to play drums the same way again.

skidrumbum 01-23-2007 05:32 PM

hahaha my mom walked in when i was watching wyhsb on youtube and aked how he broke his arm i said drumming too hard. he was a vegitarian for 16 years so his bones were week. and my moms like, "i doubt its that. he probably does a lot of cocaine" haha
not saying he doesnt though cuz he is a big pot head

MattSharpIsCool 01-23-2007 05:34 PM

He's definitely got the money.

I don't see Travis snorting coke though, but who knows.

Surtr 01-23-2007 05:35 PM

Yeah that's the truth. Travis needs to take a break.

10571z 01-24-2007 03:53 PM

Yeh... Its stupid.. He could have waited a few months healed 100% and played all 100% shows. Truthfully I would be annoyed if i saw him playing with 1 hand im only really going to see plus 44 just to see Mark and Trav. Dont get me wrong there not bad but if they didnt have Mark and Trav i wouldnt go see them.

lunchforthesky 01-24-2007 04:13 PM

So you like a band because of its members not its music??

Ross 01-24-2007 04:43 PM

Lovely. I like the Hoff's member but I wouldn't ever go see him live.

10571z 01-25-2007 05:56 AM
So you like a band because of its members not its music??
Um yeh pretty much. I wouldnt give plus 44 a second listen without Mark or Trav. Im sure alot of people on hear could relate to this. Dont get me wrong there not bad i enjoy them. But they deffintly arent awsome and wouldnt get attention without mark or travis.

poo-poo-pee-pee 01-25-2007 06:07 AM

I don't listen to them because of Mark and Trav.
I gave them a go because of Mark and Trav, I wouldn't listen to a band if they were ****, but had Mark, Tom or Travis in it: ie. The Transplants.
I gave the CD a go, coz I like Mark's writting style, as well as his voice, which is why I like Plus 44. If some other randoms made the same songs and I somehow got onto thier music, I'd love it just as much.
I think that's stupid listining to the band just coz you like the members other band.

Pazz 01-25-2007 01:40 PM

If Plus 44 sounded the same with some nobody singing and playing drums, I would probably still listen to them.

B 01-25-2007 06:27 PM

you might not know about them though

Pazz 01-25-2007 06:28 PM

I suppose that's true.
