That comment was aimed at Jake. And yah, i wish i played sport, all i do is long distance running :/
In that case, of course I looked silly. Diving+Cement=rofl I tried out for cross country this past fall. I quit on the 9th day due to the suckiness. At our school, we have this 10 day practice rule where, if you quit that sport after the tenth day of practice, you lose 25% of your next playing season. I got out just in time. |

Oh. Well, yeah. I couldn't imagine running...my gf ran track and I always ask her why.
My gf is home alone and sick. What movie should I bring over to make her feel better?
Debbie Does Dallas Er, actually, I dunno. What types of movies does she like. I'm not that abd but glad I don't really play because I hate getting hit by stuff. Checking and everything is cool with me but getting hit with a stick is not. |
To Ray:
Her favorite movie is Bourne Identity. Any ideas? |
Ha, i only run as a bonding thing with my Dad. Difference is, he always kicks my butt. Last race i came 160 out of 600 and he came really high up. It was a 5k and my time was 22 minutes.

It was invented near where I am (central NY is big in Lacrosse. Cornell has a good lacrosse team and I'm near SU) And shut it. What kind of a man knows how to spell Chippendale's anyway? |
Theres nudity in it, but it's also a chick flick. Can't go wrong with that.

You're not tr00 unless you pay people to beat you with sticks. lol, I was reading Varg Vikernes' autobiography, and apparently he, the guys from immortal, and some friends used to be really into LARP.... they used to go to an abandoned Montastary and fight with sticks and clubs and what not, when they were like 17... lmao. |

She doesn't even really like chick flicks, and I sure as hell don't. Appreciate the suggestion though :) Any other ideas? |
To Ray:
Her favorite movie is Bourne Identity. Any ideas?
Ocean's 11? It's not as action-packed as Bourne Identity, but it's slick and stylish and has Matt Damon in it. So I dunno. EDIT: Whoops, no, Brad Pitt is in it.
And shut it. What kind of a man knows how to spell Chippendale's anyway?
One who saw the utterly hilarious SNL skit where Patrick Swayze and Chris Farley compete to be the last Chippendale's dancer, that's who. |
 I was watching the best of Will Farrell the other night. It was so good.

I never though Chris Farley was that funny. I prefer something a bit more subtle. Or Mel Brooks.

Yeah, LARP is very lame, my brother and his friends fight with sticks, but it's not really larp, more so just hitting each other with sticks, lol. |
Sounds like a hxc gig too me.
What does LARP stand for? |
I never though Chris Farley was that funny. I prefer something a bit more subtle. Or Mel Brooks.
My sister and I have watched Tommy Boy so many times, just to laugh at Chris Farley.
EDIT:  I passed Ray's post count What the hell is wrong with me? |
I never though Chris Farley was that funny. I prefer something a bit more subtle. Or Mel Brooks.
Chris Farley was one of the top five SNL performers ever, just because he was so bombastic that he made everyone else on the set crack up WITHOUT CRACKING HIMSELF UP! Most of today's performers (coughHoratioSanzcough) forget that last part, but it really makes a difference. Oh and the other four would probably be Phil Hartman, Will Farrell, Chevy Chase, and Mike Myers. Belushi was hilarious but that was mostly in his movies instead of SNL. |
RIP Belushi
I went to his grave site, and on the grave it says "I may be gone, but rock and roll lives on" |
What in God's name is that?
Imagine D&D nerds acting it out and getting all dressed up the beating each other up and throwing spells at each other. |
