I got a grand total of 3 group of trick or treaters, one of which was filled with giggling, hot girls.

Needless to say, I ate a fuckload of candy.
lol. I went to my grandparent's house to hand out candy, and was giving all the little kids like 1-2 pieces each, but then these two hot girls from my school showed up and I gave them like half the bag.

Kyle 11-01-2007 04:55 PM

Hey so what are you dressing up for halloween?
a box...
cool.

Sounds like a real catch, haha.

Thanks 11-01-2007 05:02 PM

Eat her puss.

negrodamus 11-01-2007 05:14 PM
oh man, I discovered a bunch of pictures on my phone of me kissing this girl dressed as a BOX at the halloween party I was at last night. I honestly don't remember this at all, as I was absolutely out my face, and let's just say that judging from these pictures the beer goggles were WELL and truly on. Holy crap. A chilling discovery indeed.
Is there any way you could post these pictures so we can get an idea of just how bad she looked?

StaticSynth 11-01-2007 05:22 PM

or how bad you look?

:p

negrodamus 11-01-2007 05:38 PM

I understand. I wouldn't know how to tranfer pics from phones if that is possible. I have never owned a camera phone. :(

poopie 11-01-2007 05:38 PM

show us the pix

Bukowski 11-01-2007 05:41 PM

I barely know how to use a cell phone to be honest. I've only started using them a lot since I started college.

sgrevs 11-01-2007 07:21 PM

Brian Wilson is coming to Sydney and is playing Pet Sounds in its entirety...costs $140 Australian, which is money I don't have cos I need to pay for Falls Festival, Big Day Out, Laneway, Daft Punk, Battles, Spank Rock, Sufjan etc.

140 Aus = 125-130 US = around 65 pounds i think

A very sad day indeed.

Outdoor Bjork show on the steps of the Opera House sold out in about 10 minutes this morning for the same price. I may go to free Brian Wilson show at the Domain, but there will be around 200 000 people there.

Zmev 11-01-2007 08:00 PM

You don't need to pay for Sufjan

Cliche 11-01-2007 08:19 PM
Hey guys, not sure how many of you are interested, but I've got some invites for Kraytracker I thought I might share with you guys. It's a torrent site for non-RIAA material, which just means no risk of being shut down and being sued for millions. Tons of torrents on the site, from indie to punk to skacore to hardcore to garage. Let me know if you're interested at all.
No one?

dei 11-01-2007 08:20 PM

People still listen to Sufjan?

Eliminator 11-01-2007 08:40 PM
I'm sure there's a way to get pics from your phone to computer but I don't know.
1. send a pix/txt message to your email
2. save the picture to your computer
3. upload the picture to a picture-hosting site
4. post the link here

Lou Reed is like the musical equivalent of an ugly girl dressed as a box for Halloween.
You don't need to pay for Sufjan
I like Sufjan:( Michigan and Illinois albums are both great.

Apocalyptic Raids 11-02-2007 07:11 AM

Illinois was okay but it didn't really interest me enough to revisit it after my first listens, which were a few months ago now.

Concubine 11-02-2007 07:23 AM

apparently Feist will be playing at some sort of a festival next year. Cool

dei 11-02-2007 08:43 AM

Who is Feist?

br3ad_man 11-02-2007 09:41 AM

Feist is playing Laneway. I'm not going to it because Sonic Youth were rumoured to be playing DN at it and instead it's just like Feist and like Kevin Drew and CYHSY and bands like that. Total meh.

dei 11-02-2007 09:53 AM

Dude, I love CYHSY!

Kyle 11-02-2007 10:48 AM

I've actually been digging Feist quite a bit recently. Her remix album (open season?) has a really nice feel to it.

YDload 11-02-2007 11:03 AM

is it true that Clap Your Hands Say Yeah wants people to pronounce the bands name by literally clapping their hands and going "yeah!" ??

dei 11-02-2007 11:20 AM

No, that is not true.

Robert Crumb 11-02-2007 12:28 PM

Is it true that Clap Your Hands Say Yeah! is gay and fell in love with an evil indie band that wanted to rid the world of all non-indies?

Boilermaker 11-02-2007 01:16 PM

No, that is not true.

La Revolucion 11-02-2007 06:01 PM

Burial's new album leaked. It's really good.

Eliminator 11-02-2007 06:08 PM

Rabbi 11-02-2007 07:07 PM

Hi,

I'm back for a bit.

asdf 11-02-2007 09:04 PM

Today I bought my ticket for Mission of Burma/Upsilon Acrux. I'm pretty excited.

I read its official that Sonic Youth are coming to play DN and Low are playing an album of theirs (I don't know any Low:()

Also at Laneway is Dan Deacon which should be sweet. And its gonna be like a Broken Social Scene show, which is also cool. And Okkervil River too which is major sweet.

br3ad_man 11-02-2007 10:48 PM

SN and Low are both coming but neither for Laneway. Low are playing Things We Lost in the Fire at Sydney Festival and at a show in Melbourne, as well as other shows over the country.

Sonic Youth are coming in February and playing Adelaide but not Brisbane, which pretty much means they're retarded. At least I've seen them before...

BSS played Laneway two years ago, so eh. Laneway this year was way better than Laneway next year will be and that's purely on the strength of Yo La Tengo.

Apocalyptic Raids 11-03-2007 01:10 AM
(I don't know any Low)
you should try change that.
