Seriously, listening to 23,000 tracks of one artist in a week is impossible. I've probably listened to less than 23,000 tracks of my favorite artist in my whole life.

Yeah my last.fm sometimes gets tracks scrobbled at the same time if my sister listens to music on the family computer while I'm on mine.


And I calculated it, it's impossible, even with the same song on repeat, to get 23000 plays. ( 7 x 24 x 60 x 60 ) / 45 = 13440 (as 45 seconds is minimum track length for scrobbling I think).

He must be scrobbling on more than one account.

Also he doesn't have 1 song that was played an extremely huge amount.

Report him if it bothers you that much. He probably has his iPod going at the same time.
