did you read what i get? i mean it would be nice if i could get whole grain bread, but other than that its really healthy for fast food. only fat would be what is in the bread, which can't be much and is probably mostly unsaturated.

I get subway most often anytime i eat fast food.

Italian BMT with lettuce,not even dressing. And burger king is good.

i never go to fast food sub places because i live on the beach and there are like a million awesome sub places on the beach

There's a local sub shop down the street from me called Subvilla. It's amazing.
