I think this fretless is the begining of a musical rediscovery for me.

I think I will take some christmas money and finally refinish my fretless. It's sitting in several pieces at my house, gettin no love.

I thought about getting my fretless re-finished with a natural sunburst and maybe a pickguard if I could afford it but I dont want to ruin its value...

Well, refinishing it wouldn't diminish its value as vintage in the next 10-15 years would it?

All parts would still be origional, except the pickguard..

Actually I do. I'd go for it, I know I liked it more than the curbow. But the BR GC has pretty slim pickin's. Wait, are you talking about the one in BR? I thought they didn't do trade in's. :confused:

The one in New Orleans.

It had the same pickups as my Ibanez but I found the swamp ash wasnt as dark as the mahagony and it weilded a better slap tone. Plus, it just felt so much better than my Ibanez.

i need more rap recommendations. i have a good amount of rap artists right now, but i want something new. let's hear 'em!

and if anybody wants some good rap i'd be glad to recommend some and give links, too.
