his slapping annoys me, the middle part is really good, but the beggining and the end are annoying. his tone sucks, and his technique is kind of sloppy. his notes are fast, but they dont come out clean.

Yeah agreed. His fingers are everywhere! I really dont like it. Some parts are ok, some are good, but most of it, sucks.

Wow, I can't believe I missed this thread! There's some good stuff here. Man, that "Improv" Jaco video is nuts! He frets the 7th fret and does some little dealy with his pinky and ring finger around the 12th fret...while still fretting the 7th. That's crazy!
