Any chance we can get an actual mix CD exchange? I know there's YSI and AIM and all sorts of things, but there's nothing quite like getting music in the mail from a stranger (or whatever).

Can I suggest an important links thread like most forums have. I remember when I was a lurker around here there was a "100 greatest alt/indie albums" thing going on. I think threads like those ones need to be saved for curious noobs like me. (Or if anyone has a link to that, could they post it here at least.)
