Actually DBJ, a few nights ago I was in the kitchen, and the radio was on. I hate radio, but actually for once some nice jazz was playing. I listened till the end of the song, and the radioman (forgot real word) said that it was none other than Mr Bellson himself. That was the best thing radio ever had.

Oh and whats even more weird about that was....it was Australian radio!!!

Jezen 02-10-2005 06:00 AM

To add to my previous post, I would have to say I like Daves band the most. Marco's band would be awesome if he calmed down a little.

trysthedrummer 02-10-2005 06:10 AM

Ye im Trys and been playing drums since I was 12 -ish. For about a year now I've been having lessons with Proffessional drum tutor Mike Simpson. He was a session drummer. Right the sort of music is like, anyone know Mike Portnoy? Out of Dream TheatER? There mint and also the side projects he does, called Liquid Tension Experiment. Hmm Muse are still favourite il listen to anything, progressive.

TTTSNB 02-10-2005 04:16 PM

New question: What is everyone working on right now? For me, timing and chops.

HitHardHitFast 02-10-2005 06:14 PM

I'm working on my improvisation. I'm also experimenting with different setups.

Juicy_Forlorn 02-10-2005 07:39 PM

I'm working on playing in odd time signatures, and some jazz improvisation because I suck really badly at it.
