The dream is alive and kicking my friend. Been playing in a melodic prog/death metal band for the last two years, and we've spent the last 5 months gigging pretty hard after releasing an EP.

Also got our music on the Rivers ads not long ago, which was a f*cking laugh and a half, mainly when people clicked onto our website and got blasted with death metal expecting something... lighter???

Got myself some decent gear in that time too, namely a Jackson KE3 and a Krank Rev+.

Playing at the Hi-fi bar in Melbourne with The Day Everything Became Nothing on Saturday the 14th, which is gonna be f*cking awesome.

What's going down with myspace? It has been ages since i've posted any new tunes up.

Yeah, Sony bought Myspace Music out last week. Now they have control of the "featured artist" and music search engine.

Now the featured artist is whoever Sony wants to cram down your throat, and whenever you type anything into the search engine, major bands (particularly ones on sony) get priority listing.

It's a total load of **** bullyboy move by Sony to try and counter the MP3 fight and move the label into the 21st century... and they've managed to **** it up for everyone else.
