Owned by a drunk dude.

Weezerfan_returns 09-19-2005 11:17 PM

You look like I need a Propaghandi record

I've been loosely listening to Propaghandi for a while, but my lazy *** finally bought an album a few days ago. I bought Less Talk, More Rock and I love it.

Discuss their Canadian asses.

Mannik 09-19-2005 11:46 PM

Less Talk More Rock is fu'cking awesome. You made a pretty good decision, I'd say it's better than Today's Empires...... but mabye not quite as good as How To Clean Everything. What are your favourite songs from it? Mine are Meat Is Still Murder, Refusing To Be A Man, I Was a Pre-Teen McCarthyist, Gifts, and Nation States.

Libertine`88 09-20-2005 04:39 AM

If i download an album, will i regret it?

Drop The Baby 09-20-2005 04:40 AM

no, you wouldn't. Get How To Clean everything

TakeWarning 09-20-2005 05:30 AM
If i download an album, will i regret it?
Definitely not. Awesome band.

Libertine`88 09-20-2005 05:49 AM

Then when i go home i shall check them out

widzjnent 09-20-2005 06:52 AM

i think how to clean everything sounds like nofx, don't you think?

albert_bass 09-20-2005 08:35 AM

As long as I love NOFX, HTCE >>>>>>>>>>> NOFX and no it doesn't sound like them. It's more similar to their sound than any other album but definately no.

Pete 09-20-2005 09:09 AM

Why did you put an Againt Me! pun as the title? That's no good. You should've gone with "Ordinary People Listen to Propagandhi When Propagandhi Listens to Ordinary People" or something.

albert_bass 09-20-2005 09:11 AM

"Less Talk, More Propagandhi" would be nice. Change the title Nick!

Pete 09-20-2005 09:13 AM

stfu albert, this one's mine.

"Nailing Propagandhi to the Wall".
"Propagandhi Hall of Fame".
"Propagandhi's Night in Loserville".
"Head? Chest? Or Propagandhi?"
"...And We Thought Propagandhi Was a Bad Idea".

albert_bass 09-20-2005 09:15 AM

Mine had more sense sucker!

Pete 09-20-2005 09:17 AM
Mine had more sense sucker!
No, I think "Head? Chest? Or Propagandhi?" makes way more sense.

Licker.

Let's Chop Cats! 09-20-2005 09:20 AM

Best current band.

Henrik 09-20-2005 09:43 AM

^^Nahh that is Streetlight IMO, but Propagandhi is great too. And cool band name by the way.

POINTLESS5448 09-20-2005 09:56 AM

everyone should own all of their albums.

albert_bass 09-20-2005 10:40 AM
No, I think "Head? Chest? Or Propagandhi?" makes way more sense.

Licker.
Bah, you're so wrong...

You can't be the best in everything, you've got a better band than me, I have a better name than you. Get over it Pete.

AIRIC 09-20-2005 01:06 PM

I agree with that.

widzjnent 09-20-2005 01:49 PM

I really like So Im a PC facist, Less Talk More Rock, Anchorless, plus those songs you listed, basically the whole album is great. The liner notes are the greatest thing any band has ever put in an album, plus it's cool that a portion of the profits from the albums sold go to causes.

KingOfSka 09-20-2005 09:32 PM

Homophobes is the best song ever.

Acctually thats true, something in Meat is Still Murder, the "me and a gun and a different species..." part, reminded me alot of The Irrationality of Rationality. I just started listening to them after hating them out of spite for everyone else for a while, I like it.

Resisting Tyrannical Government, Meat is Still Murder, Ska Sucks, and Nation States are probably my favorite.

Brain Toad 09-20-2005 09:50 PM

I listened to How to Clean Everything from start to finish today, good stuff. Maybe someday this week I'll do a Propagandhi listening marathon.

Pete 09-20-2005 09:58 PM

Please, just put "White, Proud and Stupid" on repeat

Sid 09-20-2005 10:15 PM

The greatest thing that ever happened was when John left Propagandhi.

"The Irrationality of Rationality" was recorded after "Nailing Descartes to the Wall", so technically the former sounds like the latter.
