I used to like Radiohead, and I like Jeff Buckley, Tom Waits and Leonard Cohen. And I'd rather listen to Roy Orbison or Elvis Presley than anything released in the last 25 years. I also like The White Stripes and their albums are the only albums I own that were released after 1992.

I was referring to people who like punk/ska when I said that about Op ivy.

I hate some elitism about local bands on here. Yeah so f[i][b][/i][/b]ucking what if their hXc 'cause no-one knows about them... recently I have seen somewhat "regulars" saying they never listened to bands like discharge/gbh etc... If you never heard those bands then you obviously have no place saying you listen to punk. It's like a poser kid saying "Why? Who's the Dead Kennedys?"

I listen to blink.. mainly nostalgic reasons as I was into them about 4 years ago.
I even listen to Korn/slayer/obituary/opeth for nostalgic reasons.
