I heard that LC left hell-cat records on some bad terms and then they made fun of rancid on their new album. So did they get into a fight or something? Because Tim and Brett really helped them out. I just wanna know if anyone knows.

They made fun of Rancid for selling out in their song Clear Channel (F'uck Off!)

Yes, they did. The CD LoC released on Hell-Cat was highly censored to the point they had to throw out a song, their cover art, their liner notes and had to change some stuff in their songs. LoC/CV was never much into censorship, so they left the label.

It's easy. All they do is make fun of him. Not like it's hard. He married that chick from the Distillers, she left him for the Queen of the Stone Age guy and just used him(Tim) to get on a known label/boost her popularity, and he is singing about being friends with Lars.

They switch drummers a lot, but one of them is in F-Minus.

bands disagree, people don't do things the same way. hellcat wasn't into the over-the-top stuff, and if they didn't want to attach their label to a record called "shoot the kids at school," i understand. i wouldn't care what they did, if it were my choice, but it's not. and i respect that. besides, tim's a good guy, and he's made his mistakes like anybody else. he married a henious, blood-sucking bitc[i]h[/i]. he let that band go right before a huge surge in their sales (although their older stuff is selling pretty good too). but it's nobody's place to tell him he isn't allowed to make those mistakes, becuase it's his life, it's his record label, and he's allowed to make his own decisions.
