Hello All. Raped Marketing exam this morning so I'm working on music till 6pm, then doing study for tomorrow's exam. Need a guinea-pig for two songs who has a sub to use in listening. Any takers?

I do all my music listening through headphones pretty much. I'll buy some really nice headphones when I've got money I don't need.

I just need someone who can listen to sub-80Hz stuff. :)

I've just got one of those Sony Mu Te Ki 1600 systems.

It makes my speakers do lots of popping noises.
Like there's a slight DC offset.

And there's way too much hard clipped distortion. On both tracks. Check your limiter settings.

hey Meatplow I have a question about Whourkr, I'm not too experienced with electronica in music but man does this band bloody rip. I'm curious to know how it's all put together and how would they go live?? I don't mean this question to be too naive if it is....

I'm not sure if they do anything outside of the studio but if they have I assume there would be some guy behind a laptop running software such as Ableton Live using a MIDI controller alongside the band. They get some pretty harsh sounds, it somewhere between a mix of death metal, grindcore and noise and in the case of the latter its usually computer related unless we are talking power electronics which is ****ing around with analogue circuitry to achieve certain looping frequencies. It sounds pretty digital to me though ;)

I just woke up. I'm so confused. Not used to sleeping more than six hours.

I had a bizarre sleep this morning. I was trying not to actually fall asleep but just rest myself, though of course I did end up sleeping for like a four hour nap. I always have weird and vivid dreams during such naps.

I slept too long i think. I have a headache.

i didn't sleep until about 4 am despite taking a sleeping pill at 10 o'clock

got so drunk. so much funny crap happened. i was carrying a case to one house and these girls were with us and supposedly she said she wanted to carry it and i got heaps indignant and was like 'no way, you cant carry heavy loads because youre pregnant!'
