kilian 04-10-2005 11:36 AM

Nice here Tryxx

With you?

Tryxx 04-10-2005 11:39 AM

Pretty decent, waiting for food and looking at heads right now.

>_>
<_<
I don't know my favourite movies...

PaulSimonon 04-10-2005 11:41 AM

How's it going Tryxx?

Tryxx 04-10-2005 11:44 AM

Sup Paul? Good, good. In case you didn't know, I got my acceptance letter the other day, so all is well. I think I'm going to expect my bass in maybe a week or so, but I can't be too sure.

I've decided I want a Mesa head, but have no clue if I get one, do I need a Mesa cab to compliment the sound?

How's the ninja-ing been going?

kilian 04-10-2005 11:46 AM

Not really tryxx, I think that mesa has made their cabs in a certain way to match the head. But with another (good) cab, you will also be able to have a nice sound :)

Left Shoe 04-10-2005 11:46 AM

im back kids
i spilled water on my warwick and almost died, but it still works

PaulSimonon 04-10-2005 11:47 AM

I did some ninja-moves at the Berklee campus!

Congrats on the acceptance!

Left Shoe 04-10-2005 11:49 AM

Awesome, thanks alot. Luckilly I have a mother who's willing to support my musical life, and hopes it becomes a career; essentially she's not afraid to invest in it when she can.

Now just time to narrow down cabs!

Oh-*Hands Left Shoe a paper towel*

Tryxx 04-10-2005 11:51 AM

I know of us three, plus Radio going for sure.

we should all learn a song and then go there and each grab a bass and play it and watch everyone in the store turn and watch haha

PaulSimonon 04-10-2005 11:56 AM

BV isn't going anymore. :upset:

Left Shoe 04-10-2005 11:57 AM

Tryxx 04-10-2005 11:57 AM

I remember quatre going, but I thought BV said he didn't have the money... If he goes, can I actually go by Tryxx? I hang out with 4 other people named Justin, and it's my name too...

me and gav were thinking the main riff of MAMBG but i dont think everyone can play that

Tryxx 04-10-2005 12:00 PM

That'd be fun... I don't think I've ever actually TRIED to play that... :amaze:

But a Vic song seems likely since some have 6 or so tracks of bass!

Left Shoe 04-10-2005 12:01 PM

well the main riff to MAMBG isnt exceptionally hard and its only one track of bass.

Tryxx 04-10-2005 12:03 PM

Yes, I know that. But I was looking through the cd sleeve to my Yin Yang cd, and there were A LOT of multiple bass tracks on it.

Wasn't A Show of Hands just a one take recording anyway?

Left Shoe 04-10-2005 12:05 PM

no that was classical thump

Radiobass81 04-10-2005 12:05 PM
