taking a break from opiates, just relaxing and smoking a bunch and taking aleve for my headaches and body pain
|
yo blockhead, when you start back up just don't go back to doing the same amount again man. you know how tolerance and shit is.
|
that's the plan. i just don't feel like its worth it right now cause tolerance is so high. i'm kinda at the crossroads where hydros aren't makin me high without like 10 and it's only for like two hours so i can either switch to a stronger opiate to keep getting high/be able to afford it or take a break and i decided to take a break and just do maintenance if necessarry but tbh i'm just sick of the cycle of get up work all day to get money then blow money immediately for high that isn't that great any more and start over. it's like a fuckin job
I have a few times
didn't get much out of it so far
but did you blaze with lischnor? |
sticking to low level opiates is always a good idea if you are determined to do them.
i remember having to do that with oxys because the only place to go from there was heroin, and i did that a little bit but it's like next to impossible to find where i live, so i gave up and chilled out and finally quit. i always wished i could find dilaudid but that's like finding a unicorn fucking a leprechaun with santa filming it. |
just switch to heroin

quitting and letting yourself cycle down is a myth
the neuroreceptors in your brain have cell memory, you can quit for years and within a few days the introduction of that stimulus to the cells will have caused them to return to their previous (addicted) state. this is the reason why you see people fall off the wagon. alcoholic is ten years sober, starts drinking, tolerance sky rockets, and is back to drinking straight outta the handle while hes on the shitter. it works more or less the same with all physically addictive substances, although some are worse, like crack. theres pretty much no such thing as a casual crack user. youre either every once in a GREAT while or none at all OR fuckign cracked out |

crack is one drug that i learned the hard way that there is no such thing as recreational use.
|
rodger from american dad uses it recreationally
|
roger is also an alien on a fictional cartoon series.
|
i can't see myself getting addicted to crack cause i really don't enjoy it very much. i hate the come down and the high is too jerky and idk it makes me feel like things are going at breakneck speed like adderall and i hate that feeling. whenever i do either one i have fun for like the first hour and then regret it the rest of the day
|
the comedown from crack is worse than getting kicked in the balls repeatedly for an hour.
but the high... oh the high. ....okay i need to go to sleep. this is too much for me right now. night dudes. |
the first time i smoked crack i was 19. since then i have probably smoked crack once every three months or so (roughly) isn't that recreational use? i'm 21 now
dilaudid is amazing
also oxy's reformulation will make abusing it impossible
you can still take it orally to get high just like you would hydrocodone. if i took an oxy 80 i would get high even if i just swallowed it, how is that not abusing it |
youre the one who has consistent and persistent dependency problems
why defend that
i'm defending that you can be addicted to something and then stop and use it casually without automatically becoming addicted |
the stopping and starting again is usually what forms the addiction... i think that the number of people that dive in to the deep end and just sink to the bottom are fewer than the people who will swim up for air every once in a while... point is, after a while, you get tired of swimming against the current
