The coach is a ****ing idiot. His son made it, his son is horrible and is afraid of baseballs hit towards him. The old assistant coaches son made it, he can't catch a ball or throw one if was to save his life. The only reason the guy made it is because the coach and his dad are friends and he needs someone to drink beer with at tournaments. And a third guy who made it, can't catch fly balls, throws alright, and can't hit that well.

I'm saying all of this out of anger, so don't mind my random outburst.

I think the assistant coach knows the head coach made a mistake cutting me and told me he needs to talk to him about it. I was told to go to their practice still, which I plan to, to show them they made a ****ing mistake.

He wants me for a call-up, but I don't want to be relied on to play when he needs me. I want to be on the bench, at every game, travelling to tournaments with them.

oic, that's how I kinda was with tennis this year. I wasn't in top 8 varsity, so I didn't go to all of the tournaments, only ones that they needed extra players in. It was ok, but I missed a few trips. I know how you feel.

You can even ask Brandon. Baseball is pretty much my life and I love playing. And now I have to go and play houseleague where there is no competition and the coaching sucks, rep isn't much better I guess.

I started this end-of-the-year program that is basically the hardest thing we've had to do all year at about 3pm. I was figuring I'd have to work all night and some of tomorrow to get it done, if it was even possible.

Here I am 3 hours later with a finished and beautiful program :D

I just bought the new Taking Back Sunday and Saves The Day albums.

I've listened to a few tracks of STD so far, and I'm not sure if I like it. The vocals sound nothing like what I expected. They almost sound like the singing parts in some Fall Of Troy songs. :-\

I'm jealous. I want the new TBS album.

I haven't listened to it yet. I hope it's good.

Just read about your disappointment. That sucks. I won't lie, I don't really know how it feels because I don't try hard at anything really. The most comparable thing might be menot getting my black belt the first time because they knew I wasn't trying. It pissed me off because I was the best on my team, but the only one not to pass. All I can say is work extra hard and show them you want it and they'd be even more foolish to not put you on.

The new TBS didn't do much for me. But I'm liking TAYF atm. I'm listening to the new Thursday now. It started exciting but I'm getting a little bored now.

Old TBS will always > New TBS.

I really wish they changed there name and I'd probably be more amazed by the stuff they put out. I just can't get it through my head yet but Louder Now has grown catchy IMO.

It's just that:

A) Adam has developed to being a much better vocalist, whether liked upon or not.

B) I don't like Fred's singing, I don't like how he tried to be John Nolan in WYWTB. I like his role alot better in Louder Now but god, some of his singing parts are rediculous. Have you ever heard his verse for set phasers to stun. I like that song up to when he has to start sounding like a monkey.

C) When you lose 2+ people in an original band, of course the band is going to change.

Positives:

+Matt Rubano is a better bassist, IMO.
+Fred may not be able to sing but I think he adds to guitar.

The new TBS is a good band on it's own.

Dan: I agree actually. If they didn't have the same vocalist, they would sound like a completely different band.

I do like Adam's improved vocals though, and they do have better bass/guitar(a bit). But nothing will ever beat duel vocals from Adam and John. Nothing.
