I banged that one on the left once.

Happymeal 03-15-2005 07:02 PM

Give her a wig and you have a life-sized statue of the Virgin Mary. voila!

Me neither. Apparently golfers are all sexists? This is news to me.

if you like Catcher in the Rye, you will probably like The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chobsky. it is amazing, as well.

Hmm.

Zmev 03-16-2005 02:02 AM

I am enjoying Eric Dolphy.

Iai 03-16-2005 05:00 AM

I've spent 40 minutes this morning listening to Joy Division, and I'm still in an awesomely great mood.

Life's good.

I love that guy.

I had a 12 hour school day today, but a lot of it was recording, so it was all good.
I am enjoying Eric Dolphy.
That's because he's the man. His death (at age 36!) was the greatest loss of the 1960s. At least musically.

JonM 03-16-2005 07:11 AM

Second sick day in a row. In a way, that sucks, but in another, all I've done for the last 24 and will do for the next 24 hours is read about the Buddha, listen to music, eat, and sleep.

The Ashtray Girl 03-16-2005 09:47 AM

Eurgh, I'm still ill as well, and apparently I'm not gonna be able to go back to school until next week. In the meantime, I've got three lots of tablets that all have to be taken at different times with different amounts of food, it's very confusing.

vallely2004 03-16-2005 10:42 AM

WOOO 2000 posts! At last, can't remember how many I had on my old account, hmmm

pinkyeti 03-16-2005 11:04 AM

What's your old account's name?
I probably do not know it, but I ask anyway.

I do I do, but what episode is that from?

Wanker 03-16-2005 11:20 AM

The one with the Chilli Cook-Off and the Guatemalan Insanity Peppers... and the space coyote.

He was dangling Santa's Little Helper from a sock that the dog had in it's mouth.

edit: I just realized that I watch too much Simpsons. :upset:

Yeah, I don't watch too much Simpsons anymore either. That episode just sticks in my head. Mostly because of the part when the coyote says to him: "This is only your memory; I cannot give you any further information." Good times.
The Mysterious Voyage of Homer, I think it's called.
:thumb: Yep, I think that's what it's called.

Master Arkam Kannon 03-16-2005 11:32 AM

Sadly, you haven't been missing too much.

On another note, does anyone have a couple songs by that indie band Stars that they could send to me over AIM? I really want to listen to them and now's my only chance because I'm at home and I can't connect through AIM with people when I'm school?

pinkyeti 03-16-2005 12:57 PM

I've heard that. On the other hand, I discovered 'Freaks and Geeks' which is one of the best TV shows I've seen so far.
