And which version did you get? I have the one minus Greenface, the acoustic When The Eagle Cries and also Star-Spangled Banner but then it has Gettysburg 1863 on it :)
I have the American version with all the songs, minus Waterloo and When the Eagle Cries (acoustic) sick album |
**** Yes
Now they just need to announce that Ripper has rejoined.
Not like he has anything better to do anyway. |
Beyond Fear maybe
Or form a band with me. |
Yeah, Ripper can join Mappy and Lee's Dooooooooooom project with numerous brees.
|
Falsetto and brees layered. :gasp:
|
Angra anyone?
http://www.myspace.com/angraofficial temple of hate is especially epic. |
Vocalist Doogie White and Yngwie Malmsteen have decided to part company after six and a half years together. Doogie joined Malmsteen's band in September 2001 and recorded two albums with the legendary Swedish guitarist: "Attack" (2002) and "Unleash the Fury" (2005).
"I had a long chat with Yngwie today and it is clear that he wants to move musically in a new direction," Doogie said in a statement that was released to BLABBERMOUTH.NET earlier today. "It's great news that he will be expanding on his undoubted talents both as a writer and guitarist. I just want to thank, publicly, Yngwie and the many band members past and present that I have worked with. It seems appropriate that we started our working relationship in South America in September 2001 and finished in South America in December 2007. Now, anyone need a singer??" Although there has been no official announcement on the matter, BLABBERMOUTH.NET can reveal that White's **rumored** replacement in Malmsteen's band is none other than former JUDAS PRIEST/ICED EARTH singer Tim "Ripper" Owens. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO |
Wtf that's retarded.
Temple of Hate is a great album. I've yet to hear anything else by them though. |
Tim "Black Star" Owens
|
The vocals for Yngwie have always been terrible, but this is just straight out of left field.
|
Jeff Scott Soto was good.
|

You don't like Ripper Owen's vocals? |
He loves Ripper. That's the problem. Ripper's too good for Yngwie.
|

Yeah, i was about to say... Ripper's vocals on The Glorious Burden made all the difference to me. |
Yeah, Ripper can't help the EPIK GEETAR SWEEPZ OV FOCKING FURY

The cover of Mr. Crowley they were on is great, but only because of Ripper.
|

http://www.myspace.com/angraofficial temple of hate is especially epic.
Band is decent but feels totally machine-like and emotionless. |
Eh, depends. That part is hard to beat. Some of the parts definitely match up to it, though.
|
**** now I have to get the new Yngwie album no matter what.
|
No kidding.
|
Band is decent but feels totally machine-like and emotionless.
Totally what I feel as well. |
Spread Your Fire is a badass song, and one that I actually give a crap about the lyrics. They're pretty cool.
The rest I could care less about. |
Angra are good to listen to if they come up on random play, but I have never felt the urge to put an album of theirs on.
The rest I could care less about.
This is one of those things that a lot of North Americans do and it really gives me the grumbles. Look at this for clarification: http://i25.tinypic.com/e0k677.png |

Yeah, it grinds my gears as well.
|
Jeff Scott Soto is awsome personified.
