We're drinking tonight.
After the past few very, very awful vodka experiences, I've decided to stick with beer.
Plus my roommate doesn't really want to drink it, and there's 8 cans, and we're trying to drink as much as possible by next weekend 'cause her dad's coming to visit..plus, it's been sitting in there waaaay too long.
Our friend said he'd help us with the vodka.

And the vodka thing is legitimate.
I used to be able to chug it outta the bottle, no problem.
But I've had *so many sickening experiences* with it that the smell and thought of it really does make me want to hurl.
And yes, by bad experiences, I mean drank too much.
When I'm drunk, I start mixing more drinks for myself, and every drink gets progressively stronger, so I just don't trust myself with vodka anymore.

That's why I stick to beer.
I'll stop drinking when I've had enough.
Like, I can't even force myself to drink enough to get wasted [I hate not remembering the night before].
I'll get bored before I get that far gone.

I used to have a very simple test for whether I've drunk too much. If you close your eyes and the room feels like its spinning round and round, its time to stop. These days I can just tell when to stop.

Yeah...I've done that as well. It is really easy to get sh[COLOR=Silver]i[/COLOR]tfaced from hard liquor, obviously. Beer is good if you want to relax I think, but I usually get full/ bored before I drink enough to get drunk.

I'm not a fan of getting drunk really, i'd rather just have a couple brewskies and chill.

I think it's only really fun if you're with people who you are very good friends and trust. If I'm with people I don't know particularly well, I generally don't enjoy it very much.

Yeah it's considerably better. With unfamiliar people, I personally get uncomfortable because I don't know they will react when they get overly drunk.
