I'm seeing Hull soon at a house show. Can't wait.

I hadn't listened to My Dying Bride in forever, and I always thought they were alright, but nothing all that special. Maybe because I never cared so much for Death/Doom, but I'm thoroughly enjoying them right now.

they have some okay stuff, turn loose the swans is good but most of their other albums (or at least the few ive heard) get boring. dreadful hours and whatever is way overrated, even their newer stuff is better than that drab ****.

they are kinda terrible imo

i still stand by turn loose the swans, it was one of the first death/doom albums i heard, even though i hardly ever listen to it anymore

mdb have two goos songs, both off TLTS. Funnily enough they're ****ing amazing songs though.

It's better than I remember it. I tried going back to Paradise Lost too, but that **** didn't grow on me. It's still just as boring.

SHOD was sick last night. Argus played a killer Judas Priest cover.

On my way to see Dream Theater I sat next to a guy on a the plane who is in a band called Lethe. He gave me their album and its actually pretty rad. Not quite prog, not quite doom.
