Symbolic isn't that great, imo. There are some cool tracks on there though.

I just heard "Raze".....it's......I don't know. I kind of have mixed feelings about it, I don't really know weather I like it or hate it. Dukes does not dissapoint though, so don't worry about that :thumb:

I just heard "Deathamphetemine". I like it. This song is definitly thrashier than the majority of Tempo. A there are two neckbreaking fast riffs in this song \m/ The production is meatier than Tempo, and Bostaph delivers. I like Dukes' vocals. He almost sounds as if Angela Gossow decided to do thrash. In a more manly way of course ;)

I got to see Megadethat a small venue with about 500-800 people :p

I thought it might be lol I read a review of it and they said it was complete crap and only got 2/10 but i have heard 4 songs off it [2 live :D] and i think its good.. Handle with care is better though

I wish Angela did go thrash. She'd be like Sabrina Classen but...thinner and better to the eye.

Sabrina just let herself go and now...after watching Holy Moses on my Wacken 2003 DVD, I just think she looks a bit like Fat Actress >.>

Yeah, that's what I was planning on doing. Dukes really pulls off being in Exodus well. I'm happy about that.

I might just delete a few songs when it finishes, because no matter how many times I convince myself I will buy it, I probably won't. Although the fact that the mix isn't final could change that.

Well, I just thought I'd bump the thread for all of us, and say I heard the new Destruction (just like about 1:30 samples).

However, for being the time that was being sampled, I have to say I really dig the guitar work a lot. The whole sample feeling to me just screams "metal". It's evil, it's dark, and heavy.

Not to mention fast too :cool:

I also managed to pick up Death's Individual Thought Patterns (totally not thrash but a **** good death metal album), Exodus' Pleasures of the Flesh (need to really hear this tommorrow when I get back to L.A.), and Hades' 2-CD Reissue (i've sampled this and ****, is it ****ing badass or what?!?)

I have grown a liking for a lot of...prog-ish ideas in music lately. To me, it gives a great sound. Even if the beats suddenly shift, at least it's not the same thing over and over.

I like flavor. It's like adding spices to a taco. It adds a whole lot more.
