British Kid 09-29-2006 08:04 PM

actually, i like watercolor, but i don't like how it warps paper. acrylic is probably the only other paint that i like.

Aerodyne 09-29-2006 08:04 PM

Woohoo! New page!

I'm tired of scrolling. The one flaw in 40 ppp. :upset:

Az_Holl 09-29-2006 08:07 PM

The best fun you can have is with house paint and poly-filler.

Oh man, was that ever fun

British Kid 09-29-2006 08:07 PM

what is poly filler?

like, the batting you put inside pillows and stuffed animals?

The Brad 09-29-2006 08:07 PM

Yeah I really thought I would like water color because it's like the equivalent of drawing with paints... but I just couldn't get into it last semester. Probably the teacher, he really turned me off to the media

Spac-filler? Its like a cement... for plaster board that you use to patch up holes and stuff (its not really cement at all its just the best description i could think of)

PietroCrespi 09-29-2006 08:11 PM

I hated using watercolor when I did artwork. The warping paper, how thin it was (harder to cover up mistakes), and how it ran sometimes really turned me off of it.

EDIT: with the exception of how Kim used to write awesome songs in their punk days but started to write horrible lyrics by the end of the 80's until this day.

The Brad 09-29-2006 08:21 PM

It was a bad joke about the lyrics you posted.

Get Tummler. It should only cost you, like, $2.

Radiobass81 09-29-2006 08:43 PM

"The Squid and the Whale" is an AMAZING movie. Definitely in my top 10.

Heard about it when it got nominated for some Golden Globes and purchased it.
