Not about it being detectable but they do a character and fitness examination where they ask you a lot of questions and do a background investigation and all. Plus I may go for a federal gov. job that requires a polygraph where they ask you about durg use and shit.

Doesn't matter; a lot of federal law enforcement jobs still require a polygraph. One of the few professions that allows a polygraph as a condition to employment.
